Dive-unders
Dive-unders are constructions in which the train underpasses existing infrastructure to avoid a level crossing between several roads/railways.
For instance, a dive-under is built at the underpass of various railway tracks at Rotterdam Central Station and at Rotterdam Lombardijen, where the HSL passes under the A15 motorway.
The construction method for a dive-under somewhat resembles the cut & cover method for tunnels. See: tunnels
