Progress Reports
The HSL project is regulated by the Second Chamber of Parliaments procedure regulation for ‘Large Projects’. This means that every six months the HSL Project Organization must report to the Chamber about the project’s progress in terms of its execution and finances. The Project Organization does this by means of Progress Reports.
All progress reports published thus far are listed below. Almost all reports are PDF-documents, some are in Word. You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to open most documents. If this software is not installed on your computer, you may download it from the Adobe website, which link is shown below.
